We were never meant to."

Virtual & In-Person Therapy
Asking for help when you are struggling or unhappy, is one of the best things you can do for yourself. I recognize that therapy is a personal journey, and convenience matters. I offer both virtual sessions via secure video conferencing and in-person appointments at my office in Pleasanton. Whether you prefer the comfort and convenience of your own space or the benefits of face-to-face interaction, I’m committed to providing accessible and high-quality care tailored to your needs.

Trauma-Focused Therapy
Healing from the effects of trauma requires a specialized approach rooted in safety and trust. Whether it’s a recent traumatic experience, past trauma, or complex trauma (repeated events), I will support you utilizing evidence-based trauma-focused therapies such as Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). If you choose, I can help you to confront memories that you have avoided, challenge and reframe negative thoughts and beliefs, and help you to develop coping skills. My goal is to empower you to regain control over your life, build resilience, and regain trust of yourself and/or others after experiencing trauma.

Person-Centered Therapy
At the heart of my practice is a belief in your inherent capacity for growth and healing. A person-centered approach, or client-centered therapy, means I prioritize your experience, values, and goals. It is a Humanistic approach to therapy where I create a warm, non-judgmental space and empower you to explore your past experiences and find solutions. I am empathetic and genuine with an unconditional positive regard for your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My goal is for you to feel truly heard and understood so that you can gain personal insight. This approach will foster a collaborative environment to explore challenges and work towards meaningful change.
I am passionate about therapy and supporting clients through the process.
I believe strongly in providing a safe space for you to explore your thoughts, values, beliefs, and past experiences.
You will gain self-awareness and self-compassion as I empower you to make changes and become the person you want to be.
